<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. David Relos, Community and Economic Development,

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Ms Debrah Jennings, Community and Economic Development,
<br />stated her Department has received an Application to Purchase Vacant City -Owned Property at
<br />the above address. She noted in her memorandum that she has determined that the City has no
<br />need for the property; the intended use of the petitioner is appropriate; and the petitioner is
<br />eligible to purchase the property as an abutting property owner. Ms. Jennings stated she is
<br />therefore requesting to advertise the sale of the property per I.C. 36- 1 -11 -5. Upon a motion made
<br />by Mr. Inks, seconded by Ms. Roos and carried, the above request was approved.

<br />above request was tabled.

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that the Title Sheet for the above referenced project was being presented at this

<br />INDIANA BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
<br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following Resolution

<br />WHEREAS, I.C. 36 -9 -6 -1 gives the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend the
<br />right and duty to have custody of, control of, use of, and dispose of in accordance with Indiana
<br />statutes, all real and personal property owned by the City of South Bend; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend passed as amended on
<br />January 11, 1988, Ordinance No. 7847 -88 which mandates the Board of Public Works of the
