Proposed Schedule for Task 1: <br />1. Develop Draft Community Plan 2 Weeks from Notice to Proceed <br />2 1st Meeting. with City staff - upon completion of draft community plan <br />3. Updated Community Plan - 1 week after 161 meetingwith City. <br />4. 2 "d Meeting with City staff - upon completion of updated community plan <br />.5. Public Meeting to be scheduled by City staff after approval of community plan <br />INDOT Coordination will be throughout Phase 1. <br />Task 2— Suryov & Geotechnlcal Investigation: <br />This task will include: 0 topographic survey and a geotechnical investigation, which will be <br />completed to supplement existing data for the project area. 86th :the survey and the <br />geotechnical investigation will .be performed by a sub consultant. A, utility locate with relevant utilities will be conducted to the utilities are included in the survey. CBSEL will <br />coordinate the completion of the survey and geotechnical investigation. <br />WightmanPetrie Inc is the sub - consultant for the survey. <br />Survey Fee: $37,850:00 <br />Survey Schedule: .6 %2 weeks from Notice to Proceed <br />Earth Exploration is the sub-consultant for the geotechnical investigation. <br />Geotechnical -Fee: $6;216:25 <br />Geotechrli al Schedule: 6 % weeks from Notice to Proceed <br />Task 3 — Cooceat Plahft elogment: <br />This task will include a field review of the project site. The items reviewed may include <br />existing drainage patterns, potential utility conflict areas, existing municipal or private <br />infrastructure, and potential easement or right of way needs. <br />In completing the.concept plans, which will be considered 30% design plans, CBBEL staff <br />will do the following: <br />1. utilize the survey, available aerial photography; GiS data, and meeting comments to <br />devel6p the concept plans. <br />2. Provide an updated exhibit to the :City showing right of way acquisition requirements <br />to complete the project. No right of way acquisition services are included, <br />3. Provide design Services for additional sidewalk on the west side .of High Street north <br />of Hawbaker Street and for potential drainage improvements on High Street .north of <br />Hawbaker Street utilizing a iot at the southwest comer of High and Hawbaker. <br />Schedule to complete: 3 months from receipt of survey and geotechnical report <br />it is anticipated Ghat during the progress of this task, CBBEL will meet with the City staff and <br />other necessary local representatives to discuss the concept plan. The purpose of the <br />meetings will be to discuss and approve plan elements to accomplish project goals prior to <br />initiating full design services. Two meetings are included in the proposed fee. <br />Total Estimated Fee for Phase 1 (Tasks 1 through 3) is $177,000.00' <br />Christopher B. Burke Engineering Ltd.
