White At-Large <br /> OTHERS PRESENT: <br /> Kareemah Fowler City Clerk <br /> Jennifer Coffman Chief Deputy Clerk <br /> Bianca Tirado Deputy Clerk <br /> Graham Sparks Clerk Executive Assistant <br /> Bob Palmer Council Attorney <br /> ELECTION OF COUNCIL PRESIDENT FOR 2019 <br /> City Clerk Kareemah Fowler called for nominations for the election of President. <br /> Councilmember John Voorde nominated Councilmember Tim Scott for the office of President. <br /> Councilmember Gavin Ferlic seconded the motion which carried unanimously by a roll call vote <br /> of nine (9) ayes. <br /> ELECTION OF COUNCIL VICE-PRESIDENT FOR 2019 <br /> City Clerk Kareemah Fowler called for nominations for the election of Vice-President. <br /> Councilmember Oliver Davis nominated Councilmember Karen White for the office of Vice- <br /> President. Councilmember Gavin Ferlic seconded the motion which carried unanimously by a roll <br /> call vote of nine(9) ayes. <br /> ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE FOR 2019 <br /> City Clerk Kareemah Fowler called for nominations for the election of the Chairperson, <br /> Committee of the Whole. <br /> Councilmember Regina Williams-Preston nominated Councilmember John Voorde for the office <br /> of Chairperson, Committee of the Whole.
