Public Works and Property Vacation Committee Meeting Minutes January 28, 2008 Page 2 new 20' ingress/egress easement will be given to address the needs of trash trucks and residents in the areas. In response to a question raised by Council Member Puzzello, Mr. Danch stated that the orange color on the combined map indicates that this area has already been vacated, however the proposed ordinance provides further clarification. He requested a favorable recommendation on all four (4) bills. Council Member Puzzello noted that one (1) resident had contacted her, but will not be directly affected by the proposed vacations. Council Member White noted that in a report included with Bill No. 03-08 it discusses a needed turning radius. Mr. Danch stated that the 20' ingress/egress easement will satisfy that concern. In response to a question from Council Member Kirsits, Mr. Danch stated that the alleys will be paved. City Engineer Carl Littrell stated that the city concurs with ingress/egress easement and recommends each of the Bills favorable. Council Member LaFountain made a motion, seconded by Council Member Dieter that Bill Nos. 01-08, 02-08, 03-08 and 04-08 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed.
