In 2016, the City removed all non -compliant
handicap parking signs adjacent to Portageway Drive and installed two handicap parking signs
on the north and south side of the street. Additionally, the apartment complex (Indian Springs)
was informed about ADA requirements for private property parking. The resident requested a
handicap parking sign on Portageway Drive (City Owned), which is in front of the resident's
building complex. The Division of Engineer recommends denying the handicap parking request.
Please contact Scott Kreeger (EXT. 9245) for any questions.
What we do today makes a difference!
