otherwise be subjected to discrimination, (3)that the(grantee, licensee, lessee, <br /> permittee, etc.) shall use the premises in compliance with all other requirements <br /> imposed by or pursuant to the Acts and Regulations, as may be amended, set forth in <br /> this Assurance. <br /> B. With respect to (licenses, leases, permits, etc.), in the event of breach of any of the <br /> above nondiscrimination covenants, South Bend, Indiana shall have the right to <br /> terminate the (license, lease,permit, etc., as appropriate) and to enter or re-enter and <br /> repossess said land and the facilities thereon, and hold the same as if said(license, <br /> lease, permit, etc., as appropriate) had never been made or issued.* <br /> C.
