<br />Resolvedfurther, that the entire work under the above contract be accepted
<br />and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed:. Notice of this resolution shall
<br />be published on the 4th. day of October 1917 and on the llth. day of October 1917 in the
<br />South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance
<br />of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 16th. day of October 1917 at 7:45 P.M.
<br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT.
<br />THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this First day of September 1917, by
<br />and between Hoban & Reach of the Coutn,y of St Josepk, and State of Indiana (hereinafter
<br />referred to as the " Contractor"), and the City of South Bend, in the Icounty of St. Joseph,
<br />and State of Indiana, by and through its Board of Public works, (hereinafter referred to as t
<br />"City"), under and by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of the State of -Indiana,
<br />entitled, " An Act Concerning Municipal Crporations, " approved March 6,1905, and all
<br />amendatory and suplmental acts thereto:
<br />Witnesseth, that the contractor covenants and agrees to construct pipe sewer
<br />on Fellows Street from Haney Avenue to 30 feet north of alley north of Haney Avenue, in
<br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, at and for the following prices: -
