Mr. J. Doyle of the White Construction Company appeared before the Board ; and took up the matter of the price of water for flushing Dubail Avenue pavement improvement, also Eddy Street and Mishawaka Avenue pavement improvement. this matter was referred to the Water Works Department to be discussed at regular session Wednesday 0 c oh er 3rd.1917 at 10: 00 A. M. Mr. H. N. Barnes was instructed to submit bid on brick and for the rounding off of corner at Miami Street and L.W. E. at regular session at 7:45 P.M. this 2nd. day of October 1917. Building Commissioner reported monthly report of the Building Dept., for September 1917. ,he same was read and placed obi file.
