Chas. Oberlein <br />plumber contract on water taros on Eddy Street and Uishawa.ka Avenue, appeared before the <br />Board and requested that the money held up on contract for said water taps txxkkx be <br />released. The Board ordered that said money be released if Mr. J. W.
