R. 2 E. that lies westerly, <br />of Noles.Avenue, easterly of the right <br />of way of the Michigan Central RailRoad <br />and north of Howard Street, except <br />acre off northwesterly end owned by Samuel <br />'Leeper. George A. Jenks and <br />John E Dubois <br />17 17 <br />Frederick J. Anderson, <br />City Civil Engineer of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />%he Board ordered the excavation bond filed by Arthur V. Meyers <br />for the year of 1916 cancelled, the bond filed April lst.,1917 to replace same. <br />The following resolution was approved by the Board. <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />Uponr6c©fnm6ndation' of` the' Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indiana <br />Railway Company and also upon recommendation of the City Engineer, the Board hereby <br />resolves to use Veedersburg Dunn Wire Cut Brick for paving of that portion of Eddy <br />Street and Mishawaka Avenue between Jefferson Blvd. and Nineteenth Street for which <br />the said Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indiana Railway Company agrees and are obli- <br />gated to pay. <br />E .
