The first four lots on Niles Avenue are restricted to one <br />house which must face on St. Joseph and lots 141 to 144 will have to sewer on that <br />street. tide can a se-mr tap u ;p St. Joseph Street, in the alley north of lot 139 <br />that Tme could take care of lots: 145 and 146 . Lot 147 is severed from Napoleon <br />Sewer ,. Leeper says for his point he can sewer from Leeper Avenue. Couldn't this <br />sewer be laid to ruh from St. Vincent Street down Niles just far 4nough to take care <br />of any property of Mr. Shively;? With the Shively property eliminated there would be <br />really no use for a sewer. This is a suggestion for your consideration. The same was read and referred to the City Engineer for <br />invest igat ion., <br />The City Engineer filed the estimated cost of Grade, curb and walk on <br />Uetde Street from Elixood Avenue to Thompson Street at....................04,000.00 <br />Engineer filed estimated cost of Niles Avenue pipe sewer from Howard <br />/ Street to Leeper Avenue at..............................................$1,117.00 <br />V Partial estimated allowed Sta-cles & Ackerman on Clover Street Improvement <br />V/ Resolution from Vishawvakq Avenue to St. Joseph River, 65% Of which amts. to..$2,036.71 <br />Partial estimate allowed Staples & Ackerman on the Carrell, Fellows, <br />Rush and Uartiette Street sewers, from Indiana Avenue to Broadway at.........$203.96 <br />The Board ordered that the Indian, & Uich gan Flee.' Company be notified <br />t their pole which now stands near the property line at 1023 Woodward Avenue against <br />tree to the north 10 feet across a private driveway. should be set inside of curb.. <br />The Board ordered that the Postal Telegraph Company with the Indiana & <br />Mich. Elea. Company should be notified to remove pole from 544 Lincoln Way Woxj <br />East to the north to the corner of the alley about ten feet from where it now <br />stands. <br />Ind.ia.na & Mich. Elea. Company granted prmiss ion to replace an anchor <br />an the north side of Division Street about 100 feet west of Uichigan Street.
