Hearing had on resolution No. 553 for ,/Fellows Street from Haney Avenue to a point 30 first alley north of Haney Avenue, in the City the pipe sever improvement an feet north of the north line of the of South Bend, Indiana. Upon saidhearing no remonstraters ap-P eared and no written remonstrance was f iced.. And. the Board being fully advised in the presmies, decides that ' the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements, are equal to the estimated cost of the same, a.s reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupm takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all thugs ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be published on the 15th. day of August 1917 and an the 22nd. dayof August 1917 in a nears aper *f general circulation in st sa i City, stating that this Board will receive b i s fo,the-construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.N. on the 28th. day of August 1917. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
