<br />sum of Five hundred and thirty three Dollars ($533.00) for the payment -of which,
<br />well and truly to be. Made, we jointly and severally bind ourselves, our heirs. ,

<br />Sta. les & Ackerman shall faithfully comply with the fogegngng contract, made and
<br />entered into the 6th. day of August 1917 with the City of South Bend, Indiana,, and

<br />not lbe held: rest®nisbie 'for trio 'r�a,iz�tenance and repair of the improvement after it
<br />has been accepted 1by the second party, but such sureties shall be held responsible
<br />for the faithful compliance with all other conditions, stipulations and require--
<br />mentd covered by or set out in the contract.
