627 Excavation bond for the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars signed by the Harter Realty Company as principal and the London & Lancashire v Indemnity Company of American as surety was approved by the Board. Excav ation bond for the sum of One Thousand (I.1,000.00)Dollars signed by Harvey /L. Hager and principal and The Aetna Casulaty & Surety Company as sureties was approved by the Board. Complaint hbout guy awe and guy stub at 1345 E. Dubail Avenue, being in the way of garage. Pole and awe inspectr reported as follows on same, This a Central Union Telephone Co. pole. A hew garage is being built in the read of the lot and this guy wire is in the way, and a pole should be set at the second lot east on the dividing line and place a slug east of the pole to be set. Complaint filed by S. C. Lontz & Son about guy wire in rear of 220 s outh St. Louis B1.vd. which in the way of entrance to garage. Pole and wire inspector reported as follows on same: This a Home Telephone Company guy wire. This guy wire should be placed on a pole farther to the west and the slug should be placed west of the next pole west of the cable pole. The following letter received read and pleed on file.
