All proceedings, had, and -work done in the -making of said improvement <br />assessment if property, collections of assessments and Issuance of bands, therefor, <br />shall be as provided for in said above entitled Act. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 6th. day of June 1917 <br />and on the 13th. day of June 1917, in the South Bend Daily Tribune.
