And the grades of said street on each side of said tracks <br />shall b descending grades at the rate of five (5) feet tueach one hundred feet from <br />the northerly and southerly rails. <br />The grades of streets and alleys. interse`et ing any of the above street <br />will be changed to c onf orm t,o the new grades in accordance with the spec if ications of the <br />resolution adopted.
