Petition received and referred to the City Fxg ixeer for pavement on Fellows Street from Sample Street do Indiana, Avenue. Mr. H. J. Roach and M. Hoban of Hoban & Roach contractors awarded the contract for Portage Trunk sewer, appeared before the Board and requested that the Boards award on Natco Segment Block 2 rixg,be ckanged 'to concrete pipe, as the mater is 1 to be 'used in the c oxstruct ion of Portage Trunk sewer. The same was not granted by the Board. Hearixg giver on rolls showing awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the natter of Vacation Resolution No. 37 for the vacation of Bowman Street from Leer Street to Second alley east of Miami Street, in the City of South Bend, Ind iana . ° In'the above -matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remox- strahce was filed.
