Gentlemen: - Referring to your letter of Uay 5th., regarding permit for the installation of underground conduit at South.Bend, Irdia.na. One of the lines sho*mA on the drawing sent to you represents the proposed underground conduit and the other represerests the proposed cable which will be placed in the conduit. The line representing the conduit is designated as 2-T-C.W. D. which means, 2 way creosoted wood duct. It is .Proposed to place this conduit between the curb line and sidewalk which will° avoid laying the conduit in the paved street. Yours truly, G. W. SHA "?P Dist. Plant Supt.
