<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance
<br />was filed. And the Beard being fully advised in the premises, decides that the
<br />benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the
<br />estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon
<br />takes final action on said resolution as orignally adopted, and the same is hereby
<br />in all things ratified,, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on 'the 26th._ day of
<br />April 1917 and on the 3rd. day of May 1917 in a newspa er, Iof general c irdulat ion
<br />in said City, (or South Bend Daily Tribune) stitixg that this Beard will receive
<br />bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 15th. day of
<br />May 1917. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
<br />In the above matter .H. A. wood, Dr. E,stmia and a number of other
<br />interested .property owners appeared for said . improvement.

<br />in High Street, Ewing Avenue, Miami Street, Donald Street, Fox Street, Altgeld
<br />Street, Victoria Streit and the alley west of Dale Avenue, known as the High Street
<br />and Ewing Avenue Seger System, in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no -remonstrators appeared and no mitten remen-
<br />stranedt. was filed. And the Beard being fully advised in the premises, decides that
<br />the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are,equal to
<br />the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineor, and thereupon
<br />takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby
<br />ix all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />Donald Street from Miami Street to Dale Avenue, in the City,of South Bend, Iddiana.

<br />the benefits to property liable to be assessed for. said improvements, are equal to
<br />the estimated post of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and there-
<br />upon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the :same is
<br />hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved,

<br />1917 and on the 2nd. day of May 1917 in a newspaper of genera circulation in said
<br />City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of s-aid
<br />improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 8th. day of May 1917. The Board reserves the
<br />righto reject any. orall bids.

<br />Fox Street from Miami Street to Dale Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
<br />strance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the promises, decides that
<br />the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to
<br />the estimated cost of the same, as reporto#,by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon
<br />takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby
<br />in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
