VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 37-1917. - - J - Resolved by the Board of Pub -lie Works 6f . the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it is de3ira4.le to vacate the following Bowman Street from Leer Street to the east line of the South East Addition, as follows, to--wit:-- Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Leer Street and the north line of Bowman Street; thence south 25 feet to the south line of Bowman Street; thence west on the south line of Bowman Street to the east line of the South East Addition; thence north 25 feet to the'north line of Bo:vman Street; thence east on the north line of Bowman Street to the west line of Leer Street which point -is the place of beginning. The following property may be injuriously or benefically effected by such vacation: Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Leer Street and _the north line of lot 83 in Fisher's South Side Survey; thence south along the west line of Leer Street to the north line of Ewing Avenue; thence west along the north line of Ewing Avenue to the east 1.lne.of the.Seeor_d alley east of kiami Street; thence north along ,.the east `line of said alley to the north line of lot 38 in Fishers South Side Survey; thence east along the north line of lots 38 and 66 in Fisher's .South side Survey -to the first alley east of Marine Street; thence north along the first alley east of Marine Street to the first ,alley north of Bowman Street; thence east along the first alley north of Bowman Street to the firstalley west dif Leer Street; thence south along the first alley west of Leer Street to the north line of lot 83 in Fisher's South Side Survey; thence east along the north line of said lot 83 to the place of beginning. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 16th. day of April 1917 and on the 23rd . day of April 1917 in the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board at its office in the City Hall on the Sth. day of Uay 1917 at 7:45 P.M. will receive and hear remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
