VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 36.1917. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it is desirable to vacate the following: Beginning at the northwest corner oflot 22 in the Original Plat of Lowell now a ,part of the City of South Bend, Indiana: thence. east on the north line 'of said lot 22 to the northeast corner of said lot 22 thence north to the south east corner of lot ,21 ,in the Original Plat of Lowell; thence west on the south line of said lot 21 to the southwest corner of 'said lot 21 thence south 14. feet to the place of beginning, . The. following property may be injuriously or benefically effected by such vacation: Beginning at the intersection of the south line of La Salle Avenue and the east` l ne of Bridge Street; thence south on the east line of Bridge Street to the north line of Colfax Avenue; thence east on the north line of Colfax Avenue to the west line of the East Mill Race; thence northerly on the west line of the East Mill Race to the south line of La Salle Avenue;'thence west on the south line of La Salle Avenue to the place of beginning. ' Notide of this resolution shall be published on the 2nd. day of April and on the 9th. day of April 1.917 in the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 1st. day of May 1917 at 7:45 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by such proceedings.
