ARTICLE IX <br />TRAINING TRUST FUND <br />Section 1. On work covered by this Agreement all Employers, Party to this <br />Agreement, agree to pay into the Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund an amount set <br />forth on the wage schedule which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for each hour <br />worked by Employees covered by this Agreement. Payments shall be made on the dates, <br />in the manner, form and in accordance with the rules and regulations as adopted by the <br />Trustees of the herein mentioned Trust Fund. The Employer may submit funds <br />electronically. <br />Section 2. The Employer agrees to be bound by the Agreement and Declaration of <br />Trust establishing the Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund. <br />Section 3. The Training Trust Fund shall be administered in accordance with all <br />provisions of applicable law. <br />ARTICLE X <br />DEFINED CONTRIBUTION TRUST FUND <br />Section 1. On work covered by this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay into the <br />Indiana Laborers Defined Contribution Trust Fund the amount in cents per hour as shown <br />in Article XXX. Payment shall be made on the dates, in the manner, form and in <br />accordance with the rules and regulations as adopted by the Trustees of the herein <br />mentioned Defined Contribution Trust Fund. The Employer may submit funds <br />electronically. <br />Section 2. The Employer agrees to be bound by the Agreement and Declaration of <br />Trust entered into and dated May 1, 2014, establishing the Indiana Laborers Defined <br />Contribution Trust Fund and Participating Employers and by any amendments to said <br />Trust Agreement. <br />Section 3. The Indiana Laborers Defined Contribution Trust Fund shall be <br />administered in accordance with all provisions of applicable law, and will be domiciled in <br />Indiana. <br />ARTICLE XI <br />POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE CHECK -OFF <br />Section 1. Each Employer signatory to this Agreement agrees to deduct from the pay <br />of Employees covered by this Agreement a voluntary contribution, in the amount <br />designated by the Union, to the Indiana Laborers District Council Political Action <br />Committee (ILDCPAC), or other political action committee as determined by Union, <br />G7 <br />
