Southern
New ire
nive its
October 22, 2018
City of South Bend, Indiana
c/o Linda M. Martin, Board of Public Works
227 West Jefferson Blvd.
Suite 1200 North
South Bend, IN 46601
Re: Membership Agreement
Dear Ms. Martin,
I am very pleased to communicate that effective October, 1, 2018 Collective Shift merged with Southern
New Hampshire University (SNHU), a New Hampshire not -for -profit entity. When LRNG was created in
2015 as the first endeavor of Collective Shift, we had the goal to redesign learning for the 21st century so
all youth could have the opportunity to succeed. With your help and support we were able to reach more
than 50,000 youth across America.
As part of the merger, LRNG will continue its work while also becoming the community impact arm of
SNHU. I am joining SNHU's leadership team as an Executive Vice President and LRNG staff are transitioning
to SNHU. This merger will bring expanded resources, connections, and fresh ideas in hopes of minimizing
the equity and opportunity gap by transforming how young people access and experience learning.
Per the terms of the above Agreement, specifically Section 9.5, we are notifying you of the Transaction
between Collective Shift and SNHU. We request your approval to assign Collective Shift's rights and
obligations under the Agreements to SNHU.
Please indicate your approval by having this letter executed by your duly authorized representative and
returning it via email to Alexandra McKinney at a.nncldnneO'snh.eclu,l. Should you have any questions
or require additional information, please do not hesitate to call Larry Fraze at 773-273-8842.
In addition, provided that you approve the assignment of Collective Shift's rights and obligations under
the Agreements to SNHU, please contact SNHU Procurement and Strategic Sourcing via the contact
information below, if you have any questions regarding Purchase Orders, Contracts, etc.
SNHU Procurement and Strategic Sourcing Contact Information
Email: Sourcing@snhu.edu
Phone: (603) 645-9622
2500 North River Road
Manchester, NH 03106
APYWAM
Rwaird orf Ptlwieµ
Zo
mawrw..rw,+n.r+wa.uun.m.na
Officer I
2500 North River Road I Manchester, NH 03106 1 T: 603-665-7120 1 F: 603-665-7151 1 spho.edu
