Jdl <br />o This will equate to approximately 1,800 hours over the course <br />of the engagement after holidays and vacation/sick/personal <br />days are excluded <br />Stakeholder Management <br />The stakeholders from the City are recognized to be: <br />i) Santiago Garces, Chief Innovation Officer, City of South Bend <br />z) Dan O'Connor, Chief Technology Officer, City of South Bend <br />In client engagements, enFocus identifies a champion on the client side to <br />ensure seamless project execution. The client champion will be responsible <br />for project communication and billing clearance. Note: Throughout this <br />Agreement we have referred to Santiago Garces and Dan O'Connor as the <br />Project Champions. <br />Feedback <br />enFocus places great value on the relationship with the City. Please let us <br />know how we can continue to support the City and its initiatives.
