The Division of Engineering the documents and found the information correct and complete. The project was a divisible bid, which could be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible, pre -qualified bidder. The Division of Engineering recommend the award of the contract for Prgle+ct No. 118.063 Small Drainage Design & Repair to the lowest, responsive, responsible, pre -qualified bidder, GE Marshall Selge Construction, and Walsh & Kelly at the bid price highlighted above. This recommendation includes the acceptance of bids on base Divisions A, B, and C. No alternates will be awarded. The project will be funded as described in the table above.
