(LFA) is pleased to submit this Letter of In- terest (LOI) to provide construction inspection services on the Bendix Road Reconstruction Project. Utilizing over 33 years of LPA/INDOT construction inspection experience and our past experience with the City of South Bend on the Olive / Sample Project, the LFA team stands behind its proven project approach that focuses on client satisfaction, proactive inspection, and outward communication. LEA is ready to assist the City of South Bend in successfully realizing its vision for this project. Capacity to Perform Work — With an anticipated August 2019 Letting Date, LEA is fully aware of the project schedule and our inspection team is ready to start upon being selected. LEA has significant capacity due to many completed or nearly completed projects. We would like nothing more than to continue providing the City of South Bend our same level of service that has become expected from our team. Construction Manzger — With over 32 years of experience, our overall con- struction manager, Don Dietz, has successfully managed many LPA and IN - DOT Projects across northern Indiana including Road Rehabilitation Projects in St. Joseph County and the INDOT LaPorte District. The LFA inspection team is INDOT and SiteManager trained and knows what the City of South Bend expects from their construction managers and construction project deliv- erables. Project Approach — Our Team's depth of experience with both the City of South Bend and INDOT will allow us to be an extension of the City of South Bend's Board of Public Works Staff. Special attention will be given to the project schedule and communication to provide the best project at this highly visible location. Relevant Experience — Our projects include Olive / Sample Project, Miami Road Reconstruction, and Diamond Avenue - Phase I.
