Board of Directors Meeting <br />Of HRP CONSTRUCTION INC. <br />Held September 13, 2018 <br />A meeting was held by the Board of Directors of HRP CONSTRUCTION INC., pursuant to <br />Waiver of Notice, in the Centrat.Park Pavilion at 295 East Mishawaka Avenue, Mishawaka, Indiana <br />on the 13th day of September, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. <br />Matthew D. Cain called the meeting to order. Nancy Knapik, Secretary, called the roll and <br />the following Directors were present: <br />Matt Cain, Paul J. Fallon,, John Schafer, Wendy Cain and Nancy Knapik <br />The purpose of the meeting was to discuss numerous matters regarding operations. <br />It was proposed to verify that the following changes were duly noted by the Board of <br />Directors of HRP Construction Inc. <br />It is proposed to grant authority for signing all bidding documents and other legal papers <br />relating to bidding Documents in the name of the Corporation. <br />After a brief discussion it was decided that Matthew D. Cain, Paul J. Fallon and Nancy <br />Knapik would be given this authority. <br />Upon a motion made, seconded and unanimously carried it was: <br />RESOLVED THAT: <br />Matthew D. Cain, Paul J. Fallon and Nancy Knapik would be granted authority to sign all <br />bidding documents and other'ielated legal papers relating to bidding documents in the name of HRP <br />Construction Inc.
