Insituform's parent company, Aegion, which is publicly traded is required to report material litigation involving Insituform in its SEC filings. Plaintiff claims that subcontractor of Insituform failed to properly connect service connection which resulted in property damage. Tort claim. Owner was a co-defendant. Amounts are not liquidated. Settled. (c) People's Trust Insurance Company v. Proline Vactor Services, Inc., et al. 2016. Circuit Court of the 1811` Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida. Case No. 05-2016-CA-050060. Plaintiff claims property damage from a backup through a service connection. Owner is a co-defendant Tort claim. Amounts are not liquidated. Settled. (d) MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, Plaintiff, v. INSITUFORM TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, Defendant. 2015. Case No. 01-16-0003-7598. Plaintiff Insituform claims amounts owed on a project for City of East Point, GA. Settled. (h) Insituform Technologies, LLC v. City of Deer Lodge. 2017. Montana. Plaintiff Insituform is owed retainage, trade and claims for delay. Settled.
