The illegal use of any <br />narcotic or controlled substance is prohibited. Employees must not report for duty or be on Company <br />property while under the influence of, or have in their possession while on Company property, any <br />alcoholic beverages, marijuana or illegally obtained drug, narcotic or other illegal substance. <br />ON -SITE WORK <br />While working "on location" at a customer's facility or while on a sales or service call, you are expected to <br />observe not only the policies of RAM Construction Services but also that of the applicable safety, security <br />and working policies of the location that may apply. <br />Confidential Records <br />The Company maintains drug and alcohol test results and related information, including, but not limited to <br />interviews, reports, statements, memoranda and medical records, as confidential records, separate from <br />personnel files. <br />Changes or Amendments <br />The Company reserves the right to, at any time or from time -to -time, amend, modify, change, or otherwise <br />withdraw any and all statements, policies and procedures to meet the changing need of associates, <br />customers, and the Company.
