The Division of Engineering reviewed the documents and finds the information correct and complete with a few exceptions as outlined in the Memorandum and Bid Tabulation from A&Z Engineering, Engineer of Record and Design Consultant. (Michigan City,Indiana) submitted a bid for $548,888.88 but did not provide their bid on the correct Bid/Proposal Form. Woodruff & Sons, Inc. submitted the original Bid/Proposal Form instead of the Bid/Proposal Form issued with Addendum No. 1. This disqualified i ieWoodruf&Sons, Inc bid as non-resposive. rrr.. ..... ........--- The Division of Engineering recommends award of the contract for Project No. 117-108 Airport 4nnexation Area Sanitary Sewer Extension to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, HRP Construction Inc. South Bend Indianal at the total bid price of $766,957 00 lump sum (with unit prices). This recommendation is provided by the Division of Engineering in conjunction with Department of Community Investment. The Division of Engineering and Department of Communit Nnvestmen(will funds the project with 2018 Sewage Works Capital Account 642-0621-415-42-05 . The Sewage Works Capital Account will be reimbursed through the TIF — River West Account and System Development Charges.
