Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (2) continued... <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> Mr. Alford, the Commission approved the WITH HAMILTON BODY SHOP AND RICHARD C. <br /> Purchase Agreement with Hamilton Body HAMILTON IN THE AMOUNT OF$950,000 WITH <br /> THE CLARIFYING LANGUAGE FROM THEIR <br /> Shop and Richard C. Hamilton in the amount ATTORNEY. <br /> of$950,000 with the clarifying language <br /> from their attorney. Mr. Davis opposed. <br /> (3) Professional services agreement with <br /> Fuerbringer Landscaping & Design to <br /> provide landscape services at Oliver <br /> Industrial Park. <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that Fuerbringer <br /> Landscaping & Design has submitted a <br /> proposal to provide spring clean-up and <br /> additional landscape services for the James <br /> Oliver Memorial and for the entry signage <br /> areas at the Oliver Industrial Park. This work <br /> will complete the work plan for the site that <br /> was started last fall as part of the site <br /> improvements. The total cost of the work is <br /> $3,820. Staff requests approval of this <br /> proposal. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED PROFESSIONAL <br /> Mr. Davis, the Commission approved SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FUERBRINGER <br /> Professional services agreement with LANDSCAPING&DESIGN TO PROVIDE <br /> LANDSCAPE SERVICES AT OLIVER INDUSTRIAL <br /> Fuerbringer Landscaping & Design to PARK <br /> provide landscape services at Oliver <br /> Industrial Park. Mr. Alford opposed. <br /> C. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 3035 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br /> to the Master Agency Agreement with the <br /> Board of Public Works (Rushton Rehab <br /> Project). <br /> 20 <br />
