South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (4) continued... <br /> Troyer Group for the scope of services <br /> proposed and a not-to-exceed amount of <br /> $7,000. <br /> B. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 3039 related to acquisition <br /> of property in the Airport Economic <br /> Development (Hamilton Towing <br /> properties). <br /> Mr. Relos noted that the Hamilton Towing <br /> and Body Shop properties were added to the <br /> Airport Economic Development Area's <br /> acquisition list by Resolution No. 2456 on <br /> June 23, 2008. Two of the properties are on <br /> a prominent corner near Ignition Park <br /> (Lafayette and Sample) and the northernmost <br /> property is needed for an electrical power <br /> station for the Renaissance District. <br /> Resolution No. 3039 sets the acquisition <br /> value of these properties at $280,025, the <br /> average of two independent appraisals. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if that is the last three <br /> parcels to complete the corridor to Ignition <br /> Park. Mr. Relos responded yes. Two parcels <br /> for Ignition Park on Sample and Lafayette <br /> and one parcel on the east on Lafayette is a <br /> property needed for the Renaissance District. <br /> Mr. Davis asked if Ignition Park and the <br /> Renaissance District would be sharing the <br /> power station planned for this site. Mr. <br /> Schalliol replied that the Hamilton Towing <br /> 12 <br />
