Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Tuesday, May 8, 2012. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by Mr. <br />Davis and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Tuesday, May 8, 2012. <br />Mr. Davis asked that Ms. Spivey not be listed as an <br />absent member in future minutes. He understands <br />that the School Board has appointed a replacement <br />for her. <br />3.
