Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 3039 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development (Hamilton Towing <br />properties). <br />Mr. Relos noted that the Hamilton Towing <br />and Body Shop properties were added to the <br />Airport Economic Development Area's <br />acquisition list by Resolution No. 2456 on <br />June 23, 2008. Two of the properties are on <br />a prominent corner near Ignition Park <br />(Lafayette and Sample) and the northernmost <br />property is needed for an electrical power <br />station for the Renaissance District. <br />Resolution No. 3039 sets the acquisition <br />value of these properties at $280,025, the <br />average of two independent appraisals. <br />Mr. Varner asked if that is the last three <br />parcels to complete the corridor to Ignition <br />Park. Mr. Relos responded yes. Two parcels <br />for Ignition Park on Sample and Lafayette <br />and one parcel on the east on Lafayette is a <br />property needed for the Renaissance District. <br />Mr. Davis asked if Ignition Park and the <br />Renaissance District would be sharing the <br />power station planned for this site. Mr. <br />Schalliol replied that the Hamilton Towing <br />12 <br />
