Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form, and <br />supporting information. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The Petitioner, R 2 <br />Diagnostics, Inc. proposes to purchase equipment which will cost $459,500. The Petitioner is <br />seeking a five year personal property tax abatement for the equipment.
