This year,his orders are in place from June 4 to June 15. He will be <br /> stationed at Fort Sheridan, Illinois. During his service,he will remain in regular, frequent <br /> contact with his office and City officials. Pursuant to Indiana Code and continuing the <br /> authority of previous mayors,he will notify the president of the South Bend Common <br /> Council today that he will designate a City executive to have signing authority during his <br /> time of service.
