Violations and Staffing Capabilities: <br />There are no federal, state, or local tax liens or tax delinquencies owed to any federal, state <br />or local taxing body in the preceding three years. <br />No officer or principal of JRE has ever been an officer or principal of another organization <br />when it failed to complete a construction contract. <br />J. Ranck Electric, Inc. (JRE) has sufficient employees and sources for employees to complete <br />the work and will staff the project as follows: <br />Project management will be handled through our Michigan office(s). Field supervision <br />will be secured through our Michigan labor force. All other labor will be staffed <br />through the local union halls as jurisdictionally required. <br />Individuals who will perform work on the public work project on my behalf will be properly <br />classified as an employee. <br />JRE is a member of NECA and an active participant in the IBEW JATC program.
