Dear Friend, <br />As many of you are aware, my brother and business partner, Jim Gerage, was the victim of a violent <br />crime that took his life in 2016. The impact of this loss is far-reaching for me both personally and <br />professionally. Gratefully, the passage of time has shown me a path forward. With Jim's death came the <br />death of our partnership. Omega Demolition Corp has completed its final project. Omega III LLC will leverage more than <br />$700M of successful project leadership experience plus a fleet of state of the art heavy equipment. <br />A NEW OWNERSHIP TEAM <br />OMEGA III LLC is owned by myself and two of Omega Demolition's most experienced and well - <br />respected employees, Mike McMahon, VP of Estimating, and Dan Dela Rosa, VP of Operations. Omega <br />III LLC is a new beginning for a team with proven expertise! <br />A FRESH PERSPECTIVE <br />As Omega III's VP of Estimating, Mike will ensure that Omega III's customers enjoy competitive <br />pricing and superior service. Mike is experienced in all facets of environmental remediation and <br />structural demolition, having worked with GC's, Fortune 500 and government customers alike. Mike's <br />expertise includes demolition and environmental remediation on industrial, manufacturing, large scale <br />commercial and elevated highways & bridge projects. <br />Omega III customers can rely on VP of Operations, Dan Dela Rosa, to bring deep knowledge and fresh <br />eyes to all aspects of field operations. During his nearly 20 years running out-of-state field operation, <br />Dan has led Omega's most complex and challenging projects.
