B. Additions: <br />1. Trees felled inside or outside the right-of-way as a result of clearing and excavation for <br />sanitary sewer construction shall be logged and disposed to suitable offsite location as <br />directed by Engineer. <br />2. Undistributed quantity has been added in the bid item list. <br />3. Obtain right of entry from property owner for tree removal if necessary. <br />XLL Bid Item 27: Clearing Right of Way <br />A. Prevailing Specifications: 2018, INDOT Standard Specifications Section 201 <br />B. Additions: <br />1. All trees, bushes and other vegetation smaller than 6" located inside the right-of-way shall <br />be removed, logged and disposed to suitable offsite location as directed by Engineer. <br />Trees felled outside the right-of-way as a result of clearing and excavation for sanitary <br />sewer shall be logged and disposed to suitable offsite location at no additional cost and <br />as directed by Engineer. <br />2. Limits of clearing right of way shall be as indicated in the plans. <br />3. Obtain right of entry from property owner for tree removal if necessary. <br />XLII. Bid Item 28: Pot Hole for Utilities <br />A. Prevailing Specifications: None <br />B. Additions: <br />1. Pot hole at locations indicated in the Plans and as directed by Engineer. <br />Includes material and labor, maintenance of traffic, permit and permit fees, re -patching the <br />hole with material in kind and other incidentals required to complete the work. <br />XLIII.
