It <br />would amend the City Code by incorporating semi - annual reporting updates to the <br />Valerie Council by those in the City Administration charged with implementing energy <br />Third District efficiencies. In addition to updates on ongoing programs in this area, such reports <br />Fred Ferlic would provide regular and systematic updates on the development of energy policies <br />Fourth District within the City. <br />David Varner We acknowledge that the City of South Bend is involved in the development of a <br />Fifth District Strategic Energy Plan to address the current and long -term energy need of the city. <br />However, completing the information loop on these endeavors, by regular updates and <br />Oliver J.
