STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The site at 1951 E. Fox is presently zoned SF2 (Single Family and Two Family). It will <br />be re-zoned to OB (Office Buffer). <br />This site was, in the past, zoned Residential Business and was used as a professional <br />office by a physician.
