Councilmember Oliver <br />Davis seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> <br />PRESENTATION ON PUBLIC ACCESS – GEORGE LANE <br /> <br />Mr. George Lane, CEO, Chairman, Citizen’s for the Accountability of Government, Inc. <br />presented certificates of appreciation to the Council, Clerk, and Council Attorney, and <br />thanked them for giving Michiana a voice and supporting Public Access Television. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4164-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AWARDING ADAMS HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR <br />STUDENT-ATHLETE ROSEY GREEN WITH A <br />“2012 SOUTH BEND CITIZEN YOUTH <br />AWARD” <br /> <br />Whereas, the South Bend Common Council notes that the youth of our city are <br />the hope and promise for a richer and more vibrant future for our community; and <br />Whereas, the Common Council is proud to recognize that Rosey Green is a Senior <br />attending John Adams High School in the South Bend Community School Corporation; <br />and <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
