Ms. Martin stated the wrong form was originally sent out, and eventually corrected with the right form being sent via addendum. Mr. Gilot suggested that Sherwin Williams be given twenty -four (24) hours to correct the problem and return the signed, correct form. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above Quotations were referred to Engineering, Traffic Department, and Purchasing for review and recommendation.
