South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting—April 24, 2012
should read $4.5 million and this needs to be
changed) for the entire project but several
alternate bid items have been created to help
give flexibility when reviewing the bids and
making an award. This project will take all
available South Side TIF funds from budget
year 2012 to pay for the project, but this is an
important tool for that area and will open up
a lot of development areas after the road is
redesigned.
Staff requests approval of Resolution No.
3023 and the Addendum To Master Agency
Agreement for the Main-Lafayette Corridor
Project, Supplement#5.
Mr. Varner asked if this included any of the
Chippewa work.
