APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> Redevelopment Commission Claims submitted April 24, 2012 for approval. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Alford COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br /> and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the SUBMITTED APRIL 24,2012,AND ORDERED THE <br /> Claims submitted April 24, 2012, and ordered checks to CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br /> be released. <br /> 4. COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications. THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br /> 5. OLD BUSINESS <br /> A. South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (1) Agreement for Sale of Land for Private <br /> Development (502 W. Western Ave. <br /> (former Harmon Glass). <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by COMMISSION TABLED THE AGREEMENT FOR <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT <br /> Commission tabled the Agreement for Sale (502 W.WESTERN AVE.(FORMER HARMON <br /> of Land for Private Development (502 W. GLASS). <br /> Western Ave. (former Harmon Glass). <br /> B. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 3016 accepting the transfer <br /> of real property from South Bend <br /> Heritage Foundation, Inc. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that on November 22, 2011, <br /> the Commission and South Bend Heritage, <br /> Inc. (SBHF) entered into a Memorandum of <br /> Understanding (MOU), for the substantial <br /> renovation of the Hansel Center, located at <br /> 1045 W. Washington St. <br /> 2 <br />
