COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Agreement for Sale of Land for Private <br />Development (502 W. Western Ave., <br />former Harmon Glass). <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission tabled Item 5.A. (1) <br />B. West Washington- Chapin Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 3016 accepting the transfer <br />of real property from South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation, Inc. <br />Mr. Relos noted that on November 22, 2011, <br />the Commission and South Bend Heritage, <br />Inc. (SBHF) entered into a Memorandum of <br />Understanding (MOU), for the substantial <br />renovation of the Hansel Center, located at <br />1045 W.
