Pre-.Tention of Speculation <br />Cor_=racts for the purchase of property owned by the <br />Redevelopment Commission will provide that the redeveloper <br />agree that his purchase of the property is for the purpose <br />of - edevelopment and not for land speculation. Prior to the <br />cormletion of his redevelopment project, the redeveloper <br />may not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer such land (or <br />improvements) without the prior written consent of the <br />Cit_: of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment. <br />J. Ade- -uacy of Zoning and Other Codes and Regulations to <br />Prc -ect Area <br />Any proposed new land uses or changes in land uses in the <br />Wes-- Washington - Chapin Development Area will be subject <br />to =he established provisions of the South Bend Zoning <br />Ord_:nance. All such uses will also be subject <br />to =he requirements of the Building Code and similar <br />rea- -lations. These codes and regulations in conjunction with <br />the land use provisions, building requirements and restrictions <br />as ,jell as the design and development objectives established <br />by -7.he Plan will adequately protect the Development Area. <br />K.
