e` <br />PETITION FOR THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION <br />INTO and THE ZONING OF THE ANNEXED LAND <br />AND OTHER LAND IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />The undersigned makes application to the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the voluntary <br />annexation of land to the City of South Bend, Indiana, and for the zoning of that land and for the rezoning of other <br />land within the City of South Bend all in Centre Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and in support of which <br />Petition alleges and affirms as follows: <br />1) LT Leasco, LLC is the owner (hereinafter "petitioner") of a parcel of land more particularly <br />described in Exhibit "A". <br />2) Petitioner desires that the parcel be annexed to the City of South Bend, Indiana, and be granted a <br />zoning designation as herein requested, both by proper ordinance. <br />3) That this Petition is signed on behalf of the one-hundred percent (100%) owner of the land in the <br />territory sought to be annexed <br />4) The property sought to be annexed and rezoned is located at: <br />Lot 39 Whitcomb & Keller Southmoor Addition and <br />Lot 40 Whitcomb & Keller Southmoor Addition <br />5) The Property Tax Key Numbers are: 01-1049-1294 and 01-1049-1291 <br />6) Petitioner further desires that a parcel of land within the City of South Bend adjacent to the land <br />proposed to be annexed be rezoned for the same use. <br />7) That parcel within the City of South Bend sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />Lot 42 Whitcomb & Keller Southmoor Addition <br />6306 U.S. 31 South, South Bend, Indiana 46614 <br />Property Tax Key Number: 23-1049-1284 <br />8) The name and address of the property owner(s) of the petition site is: <br />LT Leaseco, LLC <br />2303 North Oak Road <br />Plymouth, IN 46563 <br />9) The name and address of the contingent purchaser, if applicable, is: N/A <br />10) The parcel to be rezoned and annexed is 0.59 acres in size, consisting of two (2) platted lots, and <br />currently has the following uses on it: Residential <br />11) Number of people currently residing on the property: The lots are vacant, with no residents. <br />
