e` PETITION FOR THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION INTO and THE ZONING OF THE ANNEXED LAND AND OTHER LAND IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA The undersigned makes application to the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the voluntary annexation of land to the City of South Bend, Indiana, and for the zoning of that land and for the rezoning of other land within the City of South Bend all in Centre Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and in support of which Petition alleges and affirms as follows: 1) LT Leasco, LLC is the owner (hereinafter "petitioner") of a parcel of land more particularly described in Exhibit "A". 2) Petitioner desires that the parcel be annexed to the City of South Bend, Indiana, and be granted a zoning designation as herein requested, both by proper ordinance. 3) That this Petition is signed on behalf of the one-hundred percent (100%) owner of the land in the territory sought to be annexed 4) The property sought to be annexed and rezoned is located at: Lot 39 Whitcomb & Keller Southmoor Addition and Lot 40 Whitcomb & Keller Southmoor Addition 5) The Property Tax Key Numbers are: 01-1049-1294 and 01-1049-1291 6) Petitioner further desires that a parcel of land within the City of South Bend adjacent to the land proposed to be annexed be rezoned for the same use. 7) That parcel within the City of South Bend sought to be rezoned is located at: Lot 42 Whitcomb & Keller Southmoor Addition 6306 U.S. 31 South, South Bend, Indiana 46614 Property Tax Key Number: 23-1049-1284 8) The name and address of the property owner(s) of the petition site is: LT Leaseco, LLC 2303 North Oak Road Plymouth, IN 46563 9) The name and address of the contingent purchaser, if applicable, is: N/A 10) The parcel to be rezoned and annexed is 0.59 acres in size, consisting of two (2) platted lots, and currently has the following uses on it: Residential 11) Number of people currently residing on the property: The lots are vacant, with no residents.
