RESOLUTION NO. 844 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION APPROVING FINAL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND COST ESTIMATES FOR THE ST. JOSEPH /WAYNE PARKING FACILITY WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the "Commis- sion ") at a meeting on April 29, 1988, after a public hearing on a proposed lease between the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority ") and the Commission, to be dated as of June 1, 1988 (the "Lease "), for the lease of the St. Joseph /Wayne Parking Facility (the "Parking Facility ") , adopted Resolution No. 841 approving the execution of the Lease; and WHEREAS, the Authority at a meeting on May 13, 1988, adopted Resolution No. 4 accepting and approving final plans, specifica- tions and cost estimates prepared by its architect; and WHEREAS, the Secretary of the Authority filed a copy of the final plans, specifications and cost estimates with the Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Commission hereby approves, pursuant to IC 36- 7- 14.5 -16, the final plans, specifications and cost estimates for the Parking Facility. 2. The Commission hereby appoints the City of South Bend Board of Public Works to act as its agent for purposes of approving such modifications and amendments to the final plans, specifications and cost estimates for the Parking Facility, consistent with the overall design set forth in said final plans, specifications and cost esti-
