The Stadium to be leased by the Commission is located at 501 <br />South Street in the Redevelopment District and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />A part of Vail's Southwest Addition to South Bend as <br />shown on the Recorded Plat thereof in the St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana, Recorder's Office, more partiularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 8, Block 10 <br />of said Vail's Southwest Addition; thence North 00 <br />deg 00' 00" East along the East line of the north - <br />south alley between Taylor Street and William Street <br />to the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 10 of said <br />Vail's Southwest Addition; thence North 45 deg 00, <br />00" East, 177.00 feet; thence South 89 deg 51' 44" <br />East, 362.00 feet; thence South 45 deg 00' 00" East, <br />120.00 feet; thence South 00 deg 00' 00" West, <br />310.00 feet; thence South 45 deg 00' 00" West, <br />199.53 feet to the North line of South Street; <br />thence North 89 deg 41' 44" West, along said North <br />line of South Street, 181.41 feet to the Point of <br />Beginning. Containing 6.547 acres, more or less. <br />Fifty (50) or more taxpayers residing in the Redevelopment Dis- <br />trict who will be affected by the Lease and who may be of the opinion <br />that no necessity exists for the execution of the Lease or that the <br />payments provided for in the Lease are not fair and reasonable may <br />file a petition in the office of the County Auditor within thirty <br />(30) days after publication of this notice of execution and approval, <br />in the manner provided by law. <br />The Lease is open to public inspection at the office of the <br />-2- <br />
